JACKSON'S WILL FILED IN COURT!

As expected, Michael Jackson's will was filed with the California court yesterday. The document leaves his entire estate, valued at more than $500 million, to the Michael Jackson Family Trust which will provide for his three kids, mother Katherine and several charities. According to the documents, the singer's estate "consists of non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalog of music royalty rights which is currently being administered by Sony/ATV (can you say Beatles?) and interests in various entities." In addition, Katherine was named guardian of Michael's three children, Prince Michael, Paris Michael and Prince Michael II and should Katherine have died before Michael, singer Diana Ross was named second in line. In fact, the document clearly states that the singer, "intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe." Jackson lawyer John Branca, music executive John McClain and accountant Barry Siegel were named co-executors of his estate, although Siegel resigned from that role in 2003. Finally, the one thing the will does not say is where or how Jackson wanted to be buried.

NEVERLAND VIEWING NIXED/FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS UP IN THE AIR!

Despite earlier reports that a public viewing will be held for Michael Jackson at his Neverland ranch in Santa Barbara, several sites claim plans for the singer's funeral are still up in the air. Yesterda the family announced that the alleged viewing will not take place. "Contrary to previous news reports, the Jackson family is officially stating that there will be no public or private viewing at Neverland," their rep told Usmagazine.com. "Plans are underway regarding a public memorial for Michael Jackson, and we will announce those plans shortly." The LA Times reported that the family was considering holding a public service at the Staples Center in LA, although AEG, which owns the building, said they haven't been contacted about booking the venue. Meanwhile, E! reports that rumors Jackson will be buried at Neverland are false. The site quotes sources which say that Jackson will be buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park and Mortuaries in the Hollywood Hills, where his body is currently being held. No exact date for the funeral has been announced although insiders say it could occur Friday.

RUMORED NEVERLAND VIEWING BIG BUSINESS FOR LOCAL HOTELS!

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that the announcement that Michael Jackson's body would be open for public viewing at the Neverland Ranch tomorrow has been great news for hotels near the Santa Barbara mansion. The Fess Parker Wine Country Inn in Los Olivos, CA, which is less than a mile from Neverland, tells the site that they sold out of rooms just 20 minutes after the announcement was made. Two other hotels in the area are also booked solid.

SECOND AUTOPSY RESULTS SIMILAR TO FIRST!

The Sun, which first reported details of Michael Jackson's autopsy (which were later shot down) now says the family's second independent autopsy confirms what they originally wrote: Jackson was very thin at the time of his death, was losing his hair and his body had several puncture marks from a needle. Family lawyer Brian Oxman says the second autopsy found "a number of unique and significant marks and injuries on the body" but it also agreed with the LA coroner's findings that there were no signs of foul play. The paper also claims that no food was found in Jackson's stomach, only pills. Meanwhile, The Mirror reports that Michael's three kids asked to see their father's body after they were told that he died. Dr. Conrad Murray says he broke the news to the three children and they asked to see their dad in the emergency room in order to say their final goodbyes.

BASHIR INTERVIEW BLAMED FOR JACKSON DECLINE!

An associate of Michael Jackson (notice how so many are coming out of the woodwork now) says the singer basically died when Martin Bashir's controversial interview Living with Michael Jackson first aired in the U.S. in 2003. "It broke him. It killed him. He took a long time to die, but it started that night," said former manager Dieter Wisner, who was with the superstar when it aired. "Previously the drugs were a crutch, but after that they became a necessity. They got him through his days and insomnia riddled nights. And the people who gave them knew what they were doing. They should have never been around him."

JACKSON NANNY DENIES STOMACH PUMPING STORY!

Michael Jackson's nanny Grace Rwaramba is denying she gave an interview to The Times in which she said she was forced to pump her employer's stomach on several occasions. "I am shocked, hurt and deeply saddened by recent statements the press has attributed to me, in particular, the outrageous and patently false claim that I 'routinely pumped his stomach after he had ingested a dangerous combination of drugs'. I don't even know how to pump a stomach!!," said Grace. "In addition, I have never spoken to the Times Online, the original source of the story that has now been picked up worldwide. The statements attributed to me confirm the worst in human tendencies to sensationalize tragedy and smear reputations for profit." As for her old boss, Grace says, "Michael Jackson was an exceptional human being. He was gifted, deeply compassionate and brought joy to the lives of so many. He loved his family dearly, and above all, his beautiful children. In addition to being my employer over the past 17 years and entrusting the care of his beloved children to me, he was my dear friend."

JACKSON'S "WIFE" WANTS A PIECE!

The crazies were bound to come out and try and claim a piece of Michael Jackson. A London woman named Nona Paris Lola Ankhesenamun Jackson filed a petition in LA court yesterday claiming to be the singer's wife. In her filing she asks "that all my husband's properties, monies and assets must be transferred to me immediately" and "my husband's body must be returned to the coroner's body (sic) or the mortuary immediately." This isn't the first time she's claimed to be Jackson's spouse. In December of last year she not only claimed to be his wife but also the mother of all three of his children. In her new case she adds, "Though he died to this earth he lives with my father (Satan the Devil) Khalid Lucifer." There is absolutely no evidence that this woman has ever had any kind of relationship with Jackson whatsoever.

OSCAR WINNER KARL MALDEN DIES

Oscar winning actor Karl Malden died yesterday at the age of 97. Malden won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for the 1951 classic A Streetcar Named Desire, where he played Mitch, a role he originated on Broadway. He also received an Oscar nomination for 1954's On The Waterfront. In both films he starred alongside Marlon Brando. Malden's most famous work came on TV, starring alongside Michael Douglas in the 70s series The Streets of San Francisco. He received four Emmy nominations for his work on the show but never won, but in 1985 he won a Best Supporting Actor Emmy for the made-for-tv miniseries Fatal Vision. He also served as president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences from 1989-1992 and served as a pitchman for American Express for over 21 years, where he coined the phrase, "don't leave home without it."

ELDEST JONAS ENGAGED!

Kevin Jonas will be taking off his purity ring soon. Usmagazine.com reports that the eldest Jonas brother Kevin, 22, got engaged yesterday to girlfriend Danielle Deleasa, 21. The pair has been dating since May 2007, when they met in the Bahamas while both were on vacation with their families. "Our hearts are filled with joy today and we are happy to share with you that our son Kevin has asked Danielle for her hand in marriage," said parents Denise and Kevin Jonas Sr. tell Us. "Her answer was yes, and it is such a blessing that she will be joining our family."

BRADLEY MOVES FROM JEN TO RENEE!

Bradley Cooper must be the go-to guy for single female celebrities these days. First the Hangover star was linked to Jennifer Aniston and now OK! claims he's set his sights on Renee Zellweger. The mag reports that the duo, who co-star in the upcoming film Case 39, was spotted dining together in Manhattan Tuesday night. "He pulled her chair out for her when she sat down and he kissed her on the hand," says a spy. "If they're just friends, they were being awfully affectionate!" Other diners described their behavior as, "flirty," "relaxed" and said they looked, "cute together."

THE LATEST BRUNO CONTROVERSY!

Los Angeles School superintendent Ramon Cortines is unhappy that some of his students were used for a GQ photo shoot featuring a scantily clad Sacha Baron Cohen. The picture features Cohen as Bruno, his gay Austrian fashionista, wearing shoulder pads, tight red shorts and an athletic cup, surrounded by a group of San Fernando Valley high school football players. The district "allowed our students to be used," says Cortines, but he adds that the photos violate rules about the use of the school's name. The school's principal and athletic director have since been punished. Bruno opens in theaters July 10th.

AEROSMITH ILLNESS CAUSES CANCELED SHOW IN CINCINNATI

Aerosmith canceled its concert with ZZ Top last night in Cincinnati, Ohio. The band's official Web site didn't say why the show was bagged, but a few sources say someone in the group was not feeling well. The concert will be rescheduled. Friday night's show at Hersheypark Stadium in Pennsylvania will go on as scheduled.

CHICKENFOOT CANCELS IN SPAIN

Chickenfoot had to cancel a concert last night in Madrid, Spain. The supergroup's official Web site says drummer Chad Smith hurt his right arm during a show earlier this week in Paris. He tore a small bicep, which makes playing the drums rather painful. Chickenfoot's next gig is Friday night in Italy and then on the 4th at the Montreux Jazz Festival.

THIN LIZZY BREAKS UP

Thin Lizzy has split up. Blabbermouth.net says singer/guitarist John Sykes has left the band, and with the recent injury of drummer Tommy Aldridge, founding member Scott Gorham confirmed that the rest of the tour has been canceled. Scott says he'll announce future plans for a new Thin Lizzy lineup soon.

LIVE DIGITAL E.P. FROM R.E.M.

R.E.M. will release its 2007 concerts in Dublin, Ireland as a double-live album this fall. As a teaser, the band is offering a 4-song digital EP called "Reckoning Songs From The Olympia" via iTunes and other digital providers. The four tunes are from R.E.M.'s second full-length album, "Reckoning," which has just been re-released as a deluxe remastered 2-CD set.

YOKO CHIMES IN ON MICHAEL JACKSON

Yoko Ono released a statement this week on the death of Michael Jackson. She said that even though he was incredibly talented, the world was not kind to Michael, and that was because of racism.

Yoko went on to say (quote), "That must have been so hard for him. His various attempts to be loved by the world equaled the pain he received from it. Michael, now you are free from all that. Rest well in Peace. We will always remember you and love you for what you were to us."
