Indiana's Classic Hits 106-9 Double XC wants to give every listener a chance at winning our prizes. That is why we have these contest rules. Winner must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise specified by the specific contest. The winner of the prize has two (2) weeks to pick up prizes/certificates from our studio location, 820 S. Pennsylvania St., Marion, IN, during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, unless otherwise stated or arranged. Prize winner must use the prize certificate within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated. Prize winners are ineligible for one (1) month. The Prize winner may be asked to show proof of identity when picking up prizes. (Photo ID preferred) These rules apply to all contests on WXXC 106.9, with the exclusion of larger seasonal promotions. Prize winner is responsible for any taxes or extra fees associated with the prize. Employees, immediate family members of, and those residing in the same household of WXXC-WMRI, its parent company (MidAmerica Radio Group, Inc.), or any subsidiary thereof are not eligible. If you are a sponsor of any of our contests, you, your employees, immediate family members, and those residing in your household are not eligible to participate in the contest you are sponsoring.
